Getting started
- Sign up with your email, or use Sign in with Google.
- On your first visit, complete your Profile and sign the liability waiver. The rest of the app opens once both are done.
Join an event
- On My events, find Available events you can join and choose View and register.
- Enter your instrument, piece, and length, then Submit Registration. If the event is full you join the waitlist and move in automatically when a spot opens. You get an email either way.
- To change or cancel, open the event from Your upcoming events. Registrations can't be cancelled after the event ends.
SSL hours
- After an event, MusicAid reviews attendance and approves your hours. Until then they show as pending.
- Your history on My events lists your events and approved hours. Pick a date range, then choose Download SSL hours (CSV) for your records.
Your account
- Change your password from Profile. Forgot it? Use Forgot password? on the login page.
- Notices at the top of My events can be closed with Hide.
